Products
Our bikini tops are sold as described on our website. Care instructions for maintaining your items are provided and should be followed to ensure the longevity of your swimwear. Please note that failure to follow these care instructions may result in damage to your items, and Looney Swim will not be responsible for any issues arising from improper care. Each bikini top features unique artwork painted by Alice Kidd, and the bikini tops are made and printed at our manufacturer in Melbourne.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the site after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and all transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in AUD.

Pre-Orders
Our first collection is sold on a pre-order basis. Items will be made to order locally in Australia and dispatched within 2-4 weeks of your order date. While we prioritize timely delivery, please be aware that production issues may occasionally cause delays. A specific dispatch time may be noted in the product information. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We use the following services:

Domestic (Australia Post):

• Standard: $12 (2+ business days*)

• Express: $16 (next business day within the express post network*)

International (DHL Express):

• Estimated Delivery: 2-6 business days*

• Flat Rates:

  • New Zealand: $37

  • Asia Pacific: $45

  • EU/UK/USA: $50

Returns and Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@looneyswim.com.au. Once we receive your unworn item with the tags still attached, allow up to 10 business days for processing. As our items are sold on a pre-order basis, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you must return your current item and place a new order.
